A 6 session programme, with a qualified EasyStop Consultant. These sessions are spaced 7 days apart, and last for approximately 30 minutes each.
At the sessions you will learn powerful mind programming techniques. You will notice the effects immediately and the techniques you learn can be used again and again to reinforce your new healthy lifestyle.
Between the sessions you will be implementing the golden guidelines in your own life, creating new more positive and powerful behaviour patterns.
All this combines to making it easy for you to control your weight.
